As your HR support, I can assist you on an Ad-Hoc hourly rate, or a regular monthly basis.

Ad-hoc rate - £35 per hour – any time not used can be carried over to the next session.

 

Retainer – £300 per month – 10 hours per month

Recruitment

​

I will write your adverts, and post them on the website of your choice, and then I will help you screen your candidates, and also organise your interviews. 

​

I will also coach you on interview techniques, and give you a comprehensive interview form so you are always fair and consistent in your interviews.

Absence management

​

Do you have anyone in your business that keeps being sick from work, or someone on long term sick, and you’re not sure where you stand?

 

I will help with the correct procedure to move forward and get them back to work in a safe and healthy way!

Incentive Ideas and Team interaction

​

If you need some ideas to get your team excited about their work again, we can work together and put some incentives in place!

 

You will also need to know what your team are motivated by, so some regular interaction with your team is always a must!

 

Coffee Chats – 1-2-1’s – Job Chats – Whatever you want to call them, I can give you advice and paperwork for these too!

Writing Policies and Procedures

I can set up your employee handbook and write any policies you wish to have in place.

 

This will give you peace of mind that you have policies and procedures written down if anything goes wonky!

Onboarding and Inductions

​

Once we have found the right candidate for you, I will help you with the onboarding paperwork, ensuring you are obtaining all of the correct paperwork for your new team member!

 

I can put together your induction paperwork too, so that we are sure that your new team member has the best start in your business!

Investigations and Disciplinaries

​

I will help with the organisation and the particulars of your investigations and disciplinaries, if and when you need them.

 

I will help you with the logistics of investigating an incident fairly, abiding by the ACAS code of conduct.

 

I will then talk to you about your desired outcome, if the case goes to a disciplinary.
